CANCELLATION POLICY
While we completely understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, we respectfully request a minimum of 48hrs notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment. 

Late cancellations or 'no show' appointments will be charged 40% of the treatment cost or your deposit will be lost. 

Please be mindful that all our staff are self employed and if you forget or cancel without providing enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. 

DEPOSITS

Please note when you make an online booking that requires a deposit, it is non refundable. 

If you can't make the appointment and cancel it before our cancellation period, the credit will remain on your account to use on your next treatment. The deposit will not be automatically refunded. 

This is the same if you reschedule your appointment that has a deposit linked to it. If you move your appointment before our cancellation period, your deposit will still remain on the booking. 

If you cancel with less than 48hrs notice or do not turn up to the appointment, your deposit will be automatically taken from the booking. If there is no deposit on the account we will ask for 40% of your missed appointment.  

GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift vouchers can be purchased in store by cash payment. Online voucher purchase can be arranged via Bank transfer payment. Please email rebecca@bella-beautique.com for more information.
